3 pasang hati ampela ayam, rebus, potong kotak 1 cm
400 gr kentang, potong kotak 2 cm, goreng setengah matang
500 ml santan darii 1/4 butir kelapa
2 batang serai, memarkan
2 lembar daun salam
2 batang daun bawang, potong 1 cm
2 sdm minyak goreng
Bumbu Halus:
6 butir bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
2 sdt ketumbar
1/2 sdt merica
1/2 sdm garam
